Underground Storage Tank Removal
An underground storage tank was discovered during the process of the environmental remediation project. The tank was permitted and fast tracked for approved removal with minimal impact to the process.

El Capitan delivered a clean graded site ready for the clients future developments.
During Excavation
El Capitan completed existing building demolition and soil remediation. This included demolition of existing buildings and removal of underground concrete structures. El Capitan segregated materials during the demolition process to maximize the recycling potential of spoils. This process included the implementation of SQMD Rule 1466.
